In a rapidly changing business climate, Annette Petrick is the calm at the eye of the storm. A power player in association circles for the last decade, she introduced the Rent-A-VP concept, was named National Membership Marketer of the Year by the American Society of Association Executives, and as a volunteer, served as president of the New Jersey Society of Association Executives. Annette is one of only 12% of association executives who have achieved the designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE).

Her published work addresses the real needs of association executives and leadership in the areas of governance and strategic planning, restructuring, staff training, leadership retreats, membership, marketing, and creating positive working environments for association staffs and volunteers. Her consulting firm, Petrick Outsourcing, has given her first-hand insights into association activities, member preferences and executive desires for results and outcomes. She specializes in facilitating associations in setting, achieving, and exceeding goals.
