Petrick Outsourcing Unlimited, Inc. (POU) operates in cyberspace and the board room. Response teams consult and plan with association executives, seek information and solutions, bring results, fulfill and manage projects and implement strategies.

POU President Annette Petrick has been consulting with associations for the past 15 years. During this time, she has also served in senior management and as CEO of national trade and professional associations.

Previously, Mrs. Petrick operated a multiple management agency in New Jersey with twelve associations. She moved full time to the entrepreneurial scene and created Petrick Outsourcing Unlimited over three years ago to serve contemporary needs of the association community.

Principal

Annette E. Petrick, CAE is a dynamic, well known leader in association management with a hands-on approach to assignments. Her column in the national newspaper, Association Trends, carries her results-oriented techniques for thinking outside-the-box.

A nationally recognized speaker and writer, Petrick has addressed more than 5,000 executives on subjects related to association management, volunteer involvement, leadership and team building.  She is also a spokesperson for the burgeoning outsourcing industry. Her work ethic and communication style are non-threatening, team oriented, outcome-based and highly responsive.

Petrick has achieved the CAE designation from the American Society of Association Executives. (Less than 12% of association executives have this professional credential.) She has served on the Council (leadership) for the Marketing Section of ASAE, has been a committee chair for GWSAE and served as president of the New Jersey Society of Association Executives. She was named National Membership Marketer of the Year by ASAE. She is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management at Syracuse University and the University of Delaware.
